HELP! Ladies give me advice please

I really think I am pregnant. I only had unprotected sex about 3-4 days ago. I've had a migraine before bed every night since. I know my body very well and this has NEVER happened before. Is it possible that this is really early pregnancy symptoms? Has this happened to anyone else?
