Wild dream

So I feel asleep on my belly earlier, and in my dream I pictured somebody punching me in the stomach! When I woke up my stomach did not feel well and I felt sick. Also I've been having mild headaches. I have used the restroom a lot more then normal today too, and my back has been hurting for the past three days. I wonder if these are signs or not?
