Late implantation

So I'm around 14-15dpo and last night I had wht I'm pretty sure what implantation bleeding...I'm getting worried because I read that having late implantation a lot of times accures in early miscariage and it scares me to death because I had one about 7 months ago early on....ladies have any of y'all ever implanted late and it turn out just fine!?
