Would you rather

A) live in a mobile home that’s paid for, so you only pay $360 a month for lot rent. But it needs fixed up a bit - mostly cosmetic but some other things..probably about $5,000 worth if that. In a bigger town that has stores, restaurants, your job(s) etc..just a little closer to everything.

OR

B) live in a newer (only a few years old) townhouse for $800 a month that you rent from landlords, but is a pretty nice/super clean place since it’s newer. But is in a smaller town that has basically nothing in it. About 25-30 minutes in good weather from a bigger town where groceries, stores, restaurants, doctors and your job is at.

Just curious to see opinions on what you would choose and why if you feel like commenting so. Thanks!!
