Clomid users!! Opinions needed

I just did my first round of clomid, cd 3-7, dr told me I should ovulate 5-7 days after my last dose, I just got a positive lh test today in 5 months it’s been 7 days since my last dose, however, I’m having A LOT of brown discharge since my period stopped, has anyone had this before? How many cycles did it take for it to stop? This has been happening for months now since my body had a hormonal imbalance I guess, my dr won’t tell me how to get rid of it, it’s so annoying to constantly having to wear a pad or disk.
