Protein tracking
Hey everyone, I was recently diagnosed as severely anemic with a vitamin d and b12 defiency. My doctor believes some of my issue stems from failure to thrive as a baby, along with poor diet (I don't eat meat aside from occasionally a little chicken or turkey, have tactile issues, and have struggled with body image all my life and at one point was only eating ≈400 calories per day). I bought a bunch of nuts to snack on as well as some vegetables and fruits.
I'd like to keep track of my protein intake via an app, but would rather do so without it also tracking my caloric intake to prevent slipping back into a bad head space. Has anyone come across an app specifically for protein? Thanks!
