Implantation or AF???

No pics because I’m at work but I don’t know if I’m starting my period 5 days late or if it’s implantation. I have light cramping and I’ve been extremely dizzy. The color is so light it almost looks orange to me and there isn’t much. I have felt like I was going to get my period for days then just this? I am also so confused because I just came off BC two weeks ago so my body is adjusting to begin with. But that doesn’t seem like enough time to conceive??? I’m going crazy. Help!
