Sperm friendly lube (like preseed) just mimics natural fertile CM for those who dont produce enough. Doesnt increase your chances of conceiving really (unless you dont produce fertile CM), but just helps provide a safe environment for the sperm to get where they need to go. Regular lube hurts sperm. PreSeed doesnt.
