HG vs morning sickness?

What is the difference ? I’m feeling totally defeated with the nausea and vomiting. 
Today I threw up 7 times and dry heaved twice as much. I haven’t kept anything down. Nothing for 3 days and my body is totally shaky. I feel so fatigued, constantly cold and get goosebumps when the nausea gets really bad. Is this just morning sickness ? I have an appointment on Monday but maybe I should make one sooner ?

I had mild HG with my last pregnancy. I threw up 30+ times a day, had weight loss and needed medication. It never went away or got better. Sounds like your routine morning sickness, and it sucks! Try eating small snacks around the clock like a toddler and drink as much water as you can keep down. Ice pops help.
