Is it normal to have zero morning sickness?

I'm 7 weeks and absolutely no morning sickness. Except for being very tired and sore breasts, I don't feel pregnant. I see my doctor for the first prenantal visit on the 21st. I know morning sickness is a sign of a healthy pregnancy. Should I be worried?

I have been the same way and it worried me as well. However, I went to my first prenatal appointment last week and everything looks good! I am 11 weeks now. Don't worry!

Some people never have it! Some people get it later. My aunt never had any symptoms except headaches and she had twins

When I was at 6-8 weeks I only had mild nausea, sore breast, and was tired. I am almost 11/weeks and this last week has taken a toll on me with sickness. I feel like I have the flu, but its just the pregnancy. Embrace not being sick. As long as you don't feel heavy deep cramping and bleeding you're fine.
