I think it’s stupid to pretend that age doesn’t mean anything. There’s a reason we set guidelines and laws based on age. That age gap is strange to me. But there’s nothing I could do about it. A 21 year old is an adult and can date another adult if they choose.

I personally wouldn’t have a huge age gap i mean I’m 36 and I’m a different person to who i was when i was 21 because of the experiences I’ve had since then.

perfectly legal but i do question what the man’s intentions are with someone so young..... his maturity level would have to be low to connect with someone so young. y’all are also in totally different stages of life, it’s just odd

As long as they are consenting adults I don't care what they choose to do.
I personally want the smallest age gap possible in my relationship. People think it is weird when you think about the past (like this person wasn't even born when their partner was already graduated from high school type stuff). What I find weirder though is thinking about the future. Yes everyone dies at different ages but the older partners health is likely to get much worse much earlier and die potentially decades before the younger partner (even more likely if the older partner is a man and the younger a woman due to life expectancies).
My current bf is 8 months older than me. (I'm 26 and he is 27)
