It looks a lot like Gray-em-e when I first look at it. I'm sure teachers and friends of a person with that name will say it incorrectly when first reading the name depending on where you are. That's just what I thought though!

I was gonna ask if it was pronounced "Graham"... the spelling isn't too difficult to pronounce, but I just always go back to memories of childhood and teachers always mispronouncing names the first week of school... hated that crap!

Yes, but if I were having a baby raised in the US, I would probably spell it Graham. 
If I were in a UK English country, I would go either way.
