Feared Ectopic Pregnancy 😢

Two days ago I went to the ER with severe abdominal pain. It was/is constant discomforting pain that goes from up under my ribs, down my left side into my left ovary. They did bloodwork and came back with wonderful news that I was pregnant. This would be my second pregnancy. However, they were concerned it may be an Ectopic pregnancy. Did and ultrasound and found nothing in the uterus. My Hcg level was 97. They thought it may also be that it was super early in the pregnancy and thats why they were not finding much. So, I was sent home and another Quantative Hcg level test was ordered for the next day (yesterday). Have not yet heard back anything on it. I still have continued to have the constant, discomforting pain but not as strong. Just more of an annoyance. Has anyone else experienced this or may have some advice? I can't quite worrying.
