Sex for the first time

I’m on birth control and I have condoms so protection isn’t a problem. I’m 18 and so is my boyfriend who I’ve been with over 2 years, we’re both ready to take it further. I’m just nervous because new things tend I scare me so what should I expect? We’re both virgins so neither of us have experience, are there any good ways to start? Tips and tricks for the first time would be helpful, thanks in advance.
