Acne😩
This is my second pregnancy (first ended in miscarriage at 7 weeks) and I have these horrible pimples building up under my chin! I've never been one to have acne. If I ever got a pimple as a teenager it was one randomly on my forehead. I got three yesterday and they hurt to the touch! Is there a face wash or medication I can use that's safe? Thank you all!!
