Help! Weight Loss Plateau

Anyone have any tips to get past a plateau while losing weight? My goal is to get down about 10 more lbs but I can’t get past the 160 ish mark. I’m staying pretty good with my eating and hitting the gym for a little over an hour 4 days a week. I’m doing 25-30 min cardio (some more intense, some not as intense so I don’t get burnt out) every time and weight lifting every time too. Any tips that worked for you? Thanks! :)
