I've been dating my boyfriend for a year now. And haven't had sex. We've both decided to take it to the next level and have sex and I told him to make sure he brought protection. He asked me why. I said to reduce the chances of me getting pregnant and any sort of std. He blew up and said I'm a bitch for thinking he might have an std. I asked if he's ever been tested and he got even more upset saying he's always practiced safe sex so why would he need to be tested. (Please note before dating me he has had over 70 sexual relations)

I said I just want to do this safely and now he isn't talking to me. Advice?
