For me, when I started dating knowing I was looking for my husband, it wasn't money that was important but education. I have my Bachelors and I expected my husband to at least have his Bachelors. In the end, I met my amazing husband who has his Master's in a high demand specialty. He wasn't rich when we met (we still aren't rich) but he was working and had high goals and expectations for where his career was supposed to go and that's what he's busy doing now! ☺️

Yes and no. I don't care how much my spouse makes as long as he works (unless I was making enough money to support us and he was a stay at home dad). In my past I dated guys that would not keep a job or do much around the house. It wasn't really money that strained our relationships. It was their lack of willingness to make sure we had enough to survive. They kinda just figured I could pick up the slack.

As long as he's working it really doesn't matter to me, but he has to have a job! I refuse to take care of a grown man. ✌🏽️
