For those of you who have experienced fertility issues, at what point in TTC did you seek medical advice?

I'd love to hear about your stories, as I have some health issues and am starting to get nervous that we haven't been successful yet.  How old are you? What did you try? What worked? Any suggestions for us as we approach the 6 month TTC mark?
