No. I don’t believe in euthanasia due to “over crowding” and would never work for or support a shelter that euthanizes. If it were at a vet, for reasons such as illness, injury or aggression it would be different.

Yes, because that way I know they’re passing with someone who genuinely cares for them and will give them as much comfort and love as possible. 
I’d also foster as much as I could to prevent the situation in the first place.
