Got Pre seed today for the first time, when do I start using it? How many days before ovulation

it worked for me and my fiancé. we actually tried and used it in february and i’m currently 7wks pregnant!  we used it everyday on my whole fertility week & tracked with opk!

Worked for us we tried for 14 months and got pregnant 1st time using it. We used it every other day and when I tested positive for ovulation

I would use it two days before ovulation and one two days after. If you know when you ovulate
