I don't floss and use mouth wash everyday but I try to a couple times a week.  And I still feel like my teeth are going bad.. how do I stop that from happening?

I'm a hygienist and being pregnant does not ruin your teeth!!! Can you have increased inflammation..yes! Can you have sore gums...yes! Can you have bleeding..yes! There are so many things that can change in your mouth due to pregnancy, but a baby isn't a parasite killing your teeth. Definitely keep brushing and flossing! Honestly, mouthwash isn't even necessary. Just keep those teeth clean and you'll be fine ❤️

I have all my teeth and thay are wonderful quality I have never flossed and only mouth wash twice a week.... my teeth are of such good quality because I use a electric tooth brush, also the quality of your teeth has a lot to do with your genes

Brush floss mouthwash twice a day every day.  Never had a cavity or gingivitis issues in my life and I don’t want to start now.  Sometimes I throw up immediately after but then I just rinse with mouthwash again.

Pregnancy kills your teeth i brush floss and mouthwash every day and still have 6 cavities and one of them is so bad it cant even be filled it has to be pulled.
