So I love fish. I live near the water and was a pescatarian for some time. Fish was one of my biggest concerns as well. 
I found this chart and I love it and go by it. I'll mark in my calendar if I have a 'best" or a "good" and make food choices based on that the rest of the week. 
Fish is actually great for baby's brain development, but you do have to be careful because of Mercury.

Craving is fine but eating too much seafood is not good because of Mercury. Talk to your doctor and they can tell you what foods you can eat

Have low in mercury seafoods and fully cooked.
