Advice needed
Hello all, I need some advice. About 3 weeks ago I put on 5 pounds what seemed like overnight and even with my healthy diet and regular-ish exercise I can't seem to lose it. I have definately noticed my jeans not fitting the same and in some tops the arms are tight too. Could this just be bloating? Any tips on how to boost the weight loss? It's really getting me down.
