Early Pregnancy or Ectopic?

So Tuesday I went to My OB/Gyn because of some pain in my pelvic area I have irregular periods so it's normal but I had some concern I Found out I was pregnant I Thought it was a joke because I've been trying for so long and I didnt expect that Long Story Short they did an Sonogram and didnt see anything So they Told me it could be an Ectopic pregnancy or I could be really early So I got blood work done I'm about 3 weeks but they Said my Levels are Low So it can still be an Ectopic pregnancy Has Anybody else been through this ??? I have another Sonogram Next Friday but So Many Questions
