Sex after spine fusion

So I am 25 I just had spine fusion surgery 5 weeks ago, I tired having sex 2 nights ago, it was ok I payed on my back and tried not to move much, I had a hard time trying to orgasm I’m used to clenching my muscles it helps me get there faster, anyways I’m wondering if anyone has gone through something similar, he tried laying parallel with my legs up but we had to stop after a few minutes my back muscles started freaking out , does anyone have advice or tips, before my accident we had a very adventurous healthy sex love so this is going to be a challenge, I just don’t feel sexy because my doctor said I have to be really careful, help ! Lol 🙈
