Nose piercing questions

So I’m seriously considering getting my nose pierced once I’m confident my daughter can understand not to touch/pull on it. I have questions though. I have my second lobe piercings and they are, shall we say, a bit sensitive. I have to leave them in all the time because if I take them out longer than overnight they get irritated and start closing. If they accidentally get snagged on something they get infected. It heals with some hydrogen peroxide treatments over 1-2 days but still annoying. If I get other piercings in cartilage are they likely to be as sensitive? I wouldn’t take out a nose ring or other ear piercings, but I’m more concerned about them getting infected easily and how long it will take to properly heal. Also concerned about bumps that won’t go away. I know you can get no pull disks for ear piercings, but is that an option for a nostril piercing too? Just trying to have realistic expectations and make an informed decision before I go poking holes in my face lol. Thanks y’all!
