6 month old acne?

Does anyone have any advice on what to do with this little bit of what I’m assuming is baby acne? 
It went after for a long time but then about 2 weeks ago it started up again... not sure how to help it!

My son had it bad when he was first born and I bought from Target the trial size Aveeno Eczema Baby Face Cream and it helped overnight! 
The doctor said it is something he will outgrow and now at 6 months it’s gone! 
But if I see some little flair ups I put the cream on right away at night and by morning it’s gone.
