PUPPY HELP please/TMI

Could be vaginitis...will heal on its own in most cases...maybe using baby wipes keep her clean after she pees. Another thing that helps is to feed her a small amount of yogurt for about a week to help normalize her flora (i am vet tech for 12 years). If you notice she gets more, they don't go away after a week or she begins to luck excessively you should see a vet. You may need an e-collar (lamp shade thingy) to prevent licking

Take to the vet just in case and I think u can put a Lil neosporin on it in the mean time it won't hurt

Not sure about if it's a flea bite, but my dog had a pimple looking thing on her vulva and it worried me a lot so I took her to the vet. He said it was an ingrown hair or pimple and to leave it alone. It went away in a couple weeks.

Poor baby. Get flea treatment and take her to a clinic.
