Hcg levels drop?

So I went to the er last weekend. My hcg level was 88,500 I was measuring about 9 weeks. I went tonight because I was bleeding. We saw the baby and heartbeat. Measuring 9 weeks 6 days. But my hcg dropped down to 76,102. Is the normal or should I worry? I go back Monday to recheck my levels..

I would recheck just to make yourself feel better

If baby looks good on ultrasound I would decline the blood test. 
Best indicator of healthy pregnancy now is the scan. 
And hcg numbers do eventually decline. They are best used before there is a heartbeat seen on an ultrasound.
