Cervical position?

I got my first +opk yesterday and another one today at 3pm. I just checked my CP and it is low and soft/medium. Can't tell if it's open/closed though. I thought your CP had to be high and soft for ovulation. I'm confused why mine is so low! Any thoughts please?

Remember SHOW: soft, high, open and wet. That is when you are ovulating:)

Mine has been super low, soft, and open for about 2 weeks now. I have no clue what is going on.

Every source I have read is high and soft and open. I can get many lh surges and could be a different one other than the preovulation one.

That's backwards I believe. Low and soft means you are fertile.
