I had positive OPK , does that mean I for sure ovulate?

I have thyroid issues and want to make sure I’m ovulating. I have gotten very positive ovulation tests, where the test line is darker than the control. 
Is this a guarantee that I ovulate or not? 
I haven’t had a rise in BBT and now my opk is fading? 
Did I still ovulate even though there was no rise in BBT?

A positive OPK doesn’t indicate ovulation, it indicates there is a surge in LH, and then you typically ovulate 12-36 hours after the test but your body could just be attempting to ovulate, hence the LH surge without actually ovulating.

Yesterday and today. The top was even darker yesterday.
