Ok to lose weight??..
So I was a member of slimming world (UK) before deciding on another child. Once we decided to start trying I gave up going to groups as I just wanted to enjoy it instead of feeling I can’t eat what I want.
It took us 4 months to get pregnant and in that time I put on 14lbs!! Bmi still in the normal range though.
But at 24 weeks I had gained a whooping 35lbs 😱!! I’ve had horrendous sickness and Constant nausea and the only way of helping was to eat, and that included nothing healthy.
So I decided to follow the SW plan to see if it would help with nausea and to lose a bit of the excess weight. It’s not considered a diet as u fill up on so much food it just cuts out bad fats and sugars.
I’m now 26 weeks and have lost 7lbs.
Do u think that it’s ok being as I have gained so much so quickly? I’m not planning on losing a lot just enough to limit any more unnecessary weight gain lol
