Not sure what this is? Pls help!

Can anybody help and tell me if this is a keloid or hypertrophic on my friends piercing??

Heat up some water and put a little sea salt and tea tree oil in it and dip a cotton ball in the solution and hold it on piercing. Re dip to keep hot/warm solution on it. Do this for a few minutes a few times a day. It should help it go away.

It’s hypertrophic scarring.  Look up no pull piercing discs. They work great to make those bumps go away quickly. They’re amazing
