Anyone go see a chiropractor at 30+weeks?

My upper back is killing me and I feel like I need an adjustment . Or should I just wait till baby is born?

I went to a prenatal massage therapist. And any discomfort or pain I was feeling went away. And some places have chiropractors as well.
