Moms whose babies were measuring big during pregnanc, did you give birth to a big baby?

My baby has been measuring big my whole pregnancy but I’ve heard a few people say their baby was measuring big during pregnancy but was born average size, big babies do seem to run in my family but I’m not sure if that’s actually genetic?

With my first my bump measured 5 weeks ahead so I was referred to the hospital for investigation. They ruled out gestational diabetes and therefore refused growth scans, claiming she would be big but that meant up to 8lb.
 She was born at 39 weeks weighing 10lb 7oz 🙈

My baby started measuring relatively big around 32 weeks. She was in the 97th percentile for her head and femur. Her head ended up leveling out and being average, but she is very long. She was 9lbs exactly at birth!

My baby measured big my entire pregnancy and my doctor told me there was a very good chance he’d be 10 pounds. He ended up being 7 pounds 6.4 ounces and 21 1/2 inches long! Ultrasounds especially in the end can be off by 2-3 pounds!

None of my kids measured big according to the dr’s during my pregnancies. Their birth weights were as follows
1st baby - 8 lbs 11 oz  (1 day late)
2nd baby - 9 lbs 14 oz  (2 weeks early)
3rd baby - 8 lbs 6 oz (2 weeks early)

I do, I’ve had 8.14, 8.10 and 9lbs. I’m hoping this one comes out the smallest. All boys.
