Hey loves. I’m 24. Coming up on my one year anniversary to my husband. I only started birth control a few months before getting married so it would be in my system and I would be protected on my honeymoon and there on out. Unfortunately I have been on 4 different pills just in this year. It seems that whatever written side effects there are, I get the most extreme version. Most specifically pain during intercourse on the last two pills I’ve been on. (Aviante and Lo-LoEstrin) Previously I was on Taytulla and then switched to Mibelas (which made me a maniac) because of insurance. Anyways, it’s simply not working for my body. The pain is not worth it. I just want to go back to normal. I never had issues with my emotions or cycles prior to being put on the pill. Have any of you had to come off birth control due to terrible side effects? We aren’t ready for a baby yet, so all I know to do is keep a close eye on my ovulation and use a condom for the time being... thanks friends. My last pill will be taken on Wednesday and then I will not continue a new pack.
