HCG not quite doubling

My beta hcg at 16 dpo was 246, at 18 dpo it was 446. It has raised 81% in 48 hours and has a doubling time of 56 hours which I'm told is within the normal range. For some reason I am still nervous though. Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, how did it turn out? Thank you!
