Watery discharge/clear mucus question

Hi laddies! I have pcos and have been on metformin since October. I have irregular periods and I don’t know when I ovulate.

So on Thursday night my SO and I got busy and on Saturday I noticed my underwear wet like clear liquid. Not sure if it was sperm but it felt more watery then usual. Then yesterday Sunday night at around 8pm I went to pee and when I whipped I felt more wet then usual and their was a lot of clear mucus. I don’t know if I will still be having a perm come out. We got busy still just Incase but wanted to get feedback on woman that might get this. I always confuse any wetness with sperm exiting. So idk
