Dry piercing

I’ve had my nose pierced for over a year now and my septum pierced for maybe 4 months but my nose, since I got the piercings, has been so dry! I can’t even put foundation on the area because it goes all flakey. I’ve tried tons of moisturisers, I don’t clean my piercings in any salt water solution or anything rn for that matter but I only got dry skin when I got pierced. It started near my nostril piercing and now it’s gone to the tip of my nose after my septum - any idea how to get rid ?
