What does this look like?

This is on the side of my 6 year olds hand. It's a small ball with fluid in it. It doesnt seem to bother her. She didnt burn herself. I thought I saw a black dot but there doesn't seem to be one anymore. What do you think it is and should I let it heal on it's own or?
