Hello women I’ve been TTC for about 5months now. I recently had a OBGYN visit because I’ve been having some odd symptoms and pains. Long story short among having symptoms of PCOS they discovered that I have built up blood in my uterus and require a DNC. They have explained that this could be the reason as to why i have been unable to conceive and that a cycle after the DNC I can try again and my chances will be much higher.

I know it’s a simple outpatient Procedure and not too long but i can’t help but still feel nervous. Can anyone who has undergone this provide any advice or personal experience on this ? Before and/or after? And maybe if you’ve been able to get a BFP after ?

I’m experiencing some excitement and I’m really hoping that this is the reason I have not been able to get pregnant and that there is Nothing wrong. I was waiting on my fertility appt in May but I’m wondering if I should push it back and try a few months more !
