We listed our house in hopes of making some money and buying a newer, bigger house. We listed days ago and got multiple offers. Some even more than asking price. Problem is there’s NOTHING to buy in our price range or area. The market for selling is hot now. We don’t want to rent for a year but might be the only option. We’ve looked into month by month leases and nothing.

We want opinions. Sell now and make some money and rent, or stay until the buying market picks up?
