Hey guys,
Recently I did some tests to see why my stomach always felt like it did(as well as frequent restroom visits). I haven’t gotten final results yet but it’s most likely looking like ibs-d. I am only 21 and looking for some tips to manage it, especially traveling as I have an hour commute to work one way. Thanks in advance!
