Quick late night meal ideas?

Question

My guy works late and usually grabs fast food when he visits after work. I’d like to make him something that can either be thrown together in under 20 min or that I can keep in the fridge to heat up. Any ideas?

Leave something in a crock pot for him, or cook food and leave it in the microwave for him? 
Chili cheese dogs?
A bomb ass sandwich, add veggies, like something you’d order from subway
Spaghetti’s always quick
Tacos, quesadillas, nachos..
Cut your meat into small bite size pieces so it cooks faster.
Steak & salmon cook quick, maybe pre make the sides?

My SO works late too and I make him burritos, sandwiches, quesadillas, pizza. If he is craving something specific like a burger i pack the toppings already cut and keep it in the fridge. He just heats up the meat and assembles the burger so its fresh. We also have a little conventional oven to bake some fries or a mini homemade pizza. I toast bread or a even a small amount of store bought dough, add sauce, toppings, and done. Fresh mini pizzas and burgers with fries. I always ask him what he wants so I know what to do ahead of time and not stay up so late.
