what is that??

My glow app shows ovulation yesterday but today when I wipe I had this gluey glob of cm. It's looked like a clear buggger. It was white and tacky and when I strech it , it was dry/moist but not wet like ewcm? Anyone have any idea wth that is..or ever had that... TTC..comments are welcome. T.I.A
