So scared to see a bfn..

I'm 11dpo, had light cramping the past few days but on 8dpo had pretty noticeable cramping. I never cramp. My boobs are heavy and sore. Was constipated the last 3 days, I'm exhausted, my areolas are dark, I have no sex drive and that's extremely rare haha.. I have a 3 year old and when I found out I was pregnant, my hips widened very early. This morning I put a pair of panties and they were more snug around my waist than usual.. I'm paying to God I'm pregnant but I'm so scared I'm not.. I haven't been getting good sleep at all and neither has my SO. My period is due on Friday.
