2nd Appointment Tomorrow

I’ll be exactly 11 weeks tomorrow and have my 2nd appointment where they’ll draw for nipt, catch up on my yearly exam, and listen for the heart again. At 8 weeks I had a dating ultrasound and I measured at 7wk2days which I knew when I ovulated and expected. The heart rate was 155 as well so everything all normal. I’ve had a miscarriage and chemical the previous 2 months so I’m a little anxious for tomorrow. I am definitely experiencing more symptoms this time, swollen boobs, verrrry bloated, nausea most mornings or when I get I get hungry. But by far nothing is really that strong or awful. Looking for some positive information from others just to ease my mind. Logically I know I have no reason to believe anything but good news, but just worry.
