Outside temp affecting bbt?
I live in NC and or temps have swing all over the past two weeks. That high 97.4 temp before O my room was about 75. The last two days my room was 65 and 62 and I got a .1 only ride and then a .2 dip today. I temp orally and this is my 11th cycle temping and charting. I’ve never had such low LP temps and it honestly makes me question if O even happened.
How much do you ladies find that the temp of the room affects your bbt?
