So after years of feeling self conscious about how I look, I finally started training to feel so much better about myself! I train 5 times a week and it’s completely changed the way I look at myself.

Yes, I still see places to improve but progress is progress! I get a lotttt of comments about my age (14, nearly 15) saying I shouldn’t be training this young and how I’m ”obsessed” ”anorexic” since I go to the gym and go for runs.

I have a healthy lifestyle, I eat and exercise well, apart from the occasional treat, or cheat day. What does everyone think?
